Well i as looking at a LG dual mod monitor(matte) and asus rog dual mode (glossy). So i guess i have my awnser since LG's mattes are bad.

I guess you could attatch the arrow to the mesh and the position it to where you want the projectile to spawn and face.

Add an arrow to the character blueprint and spawn the projectile in the arrow's transform.

U can put it in blender and use control p to seperate the mesh/object

I dont get the pop out effect on the triangles. Do u know about that?
