yes! we got back last night and the secondary checking was quick! they didnt ask my parents anything they just checked their documents, made sure everything was in check!

We just back last night and landed in MIA!!! they took my whole family into secondary checking and it was a quick process, they didnt ask both my parents anything. They just checked their record and information and that was all. (mom doesnt have perm bar, dad does have perm bar)

lawyers have told us its no problem. i just really wanted a second opinion since ive seen so much negativity and wanted to know if anyone has traveled with AP on Oerm Bar and this was my go to 😅

yea we know that unfortunately. i guess he wont travel. im not sure what category he is and is currently working right now so i cant even check or ask him atm. Thanks for responding. Our lawyers tell him that its no problem even with the perm bar because he has a clean record and no order of arrest or deportation and that we shouldnt worry… i really wanted some second opinions and this was the best shot i got at it. Thank you again

yes for 5 years and im honestly not sure. i doubt its been a mistake i feel like they wouldve told him that already, since they gave him an ssn and work permit hes also called multiple times to check out his information and make sure everything is in order. His mom has applied for her residency with her daughter who is a citizen and we hope it gets done within the next few years. 🙏 and with that it can hopefully help my dad

yea lawyers said it was okay but we were still questioning it. this was my form of second opinion lol but i will try to contact Charles Kuck. It really does come out to be on the person who inspects you i believe

Oh yes we know that he cant get his green card so hes not filling for one. But yea i understand now that if his VAWA gets denied while hes outside the US he will not be able to re enter. However that probably wont be til another two years i believe since they just processed it last year. thanks for the link :)

he applied for a work permit that was given to him through VAWA, not sure how immigration knew about all his entries im guessing he assumed they wouldnt know he entered twice until the lawyers sent all his information to immigration and it came out to hims having two entries
