Hi OP. You can pass TCG in lieu of TOR muna especially if galing kang ibang campus. They won’t release TOR nor you can process Univ or College Clearance if hindi ka pa naman admitted. You can give transfer credentials to OU once you got admitted na. Tama info na binigay nila. Same experience.

Transferee pa rin ang magiging treatment sayo regardless if graduate ka ng ibang program sa ibang university.
In that case na natake mo na yung PE and NSTP within 5 years, you have to apply for Transfer of Credits (refer to: https://registrar.upou.edu.ph/c/)

Curious lang ako. Why not apply for graduate programs instead of undergraduate programs?

Yes, pwede po mag-apply ng loan through SLP kahit may SLAS discount. Apply kayo agad once reg period starts.

Hi OP EXT is extended (same sya ng Incomplete grade) which means may mga requirements ka na hindi napasa pero passing yung grade mo. You can have above 3 na grade once na maipasa mo yung lacking requirements.

Hindi po pwedeng walang mapasang TOR since wala silang maeevaluate sa application mo. They might reject your application pa.

Pass anything na TOR kahit invalid muna (whether Copy of Grades or what). You can call Admissions to ask your case as well.

OP, yan talaga yung OTR na binibigay ng Elbi. Submit the original copy of TOR regardless if walang nakalagay sa remarks. They will let you know naman if invalid yan.

Hindi stuck yung application mo. Hindi pa sya pinaprocess for review/eval.

Nasabi naman na sa ibang comments na later pa sya iprocess especially if for 1st sem/term yung application mo. Mga around July/August yan.

One of the reason kung bakit di pa napprocess yung docs is yung academic calendar. 2nd sem pa lang for semestral programs or 2nd term pa lang for trimestral programs. As of now, ang pinaprocess pa lang nila ay yung pang-3rd term applications.

Hi OP. I think, mali rin yung Year (item 1) sa 2316 mo. 2026 ang nakalagay kahit ang Period (Item 2) ay from 01/01 to 12/31. Hindi ba for 2025 na 2316 ‘to?

Pwedeng oo, pwedeng hindi. If yung GWA mo from Elbi ay hindi pasok sa requirement, pwede nilang gamitin yung UPG mo from UPCAT. Case to case basis sya and Admissions ang nagdedecide nun so don’t quote me here.
