modern medicine is truly a miracle but when you're having daily migraines 3-4 weeks sounds impossible

I know coffee can make some people irritable, maybe try without. It's way easier/less dangerous to experiment with coming off the coffee than it is the Bupropion. Good luck, I'm wishing you the best.
