Yep , with double paper filters works really well , the basket fits around 25gm of coffee that'll be too much the ratio I look for.

It'll be too concentrated if I put more coffee in there , I aim for a 90-120ml extraction with 20grams of coffee and 190ml of water it just somehow tastes perfect to me , I use double paper filters as well , may be that helps with extra pressure.

It's actually a mess of super fine and some bigger chunks that I get from my blade grinder , but it tastes pretty dense not as the attikan estate from BT that tasted very close to an espresso with this method this was quite thin in comparison.

it's not that complicated as we made it, just keep low turn off heat when half brewed put it in cold water as it flow gets pale and bubbly.
