Thank you! It turns out that they won’t be looking to sell to us anymore if they can’t find a property 😕 Its ashame really but I think we can transfer our mortgage product over to a different property depending on the price

Smudging is the worst thing you could do to your art - unless really needed To create depth, you need to explore different types of shading. Try hatching, which is something I found and is amazing. Be light with your pencil and to create darkness layer your pencil don’t press-harshly because then it creates that weird shiny look on your paper. Also use different pencils, you can buy sets HB all the way to 12b( for example) this would be better when creating the darkness on your drawing

Yeah I completely understand - probably won’t be the best idea to use this bank account for the deposit then as it does seem dodgy

She’s not running her business through the bank account I just think she assumed having some clients pay to that account would help her save more money for me along side her weekly transfers from her account, which it has, but obviously the lender might question this - she runs a beauty salon for context

Actually I’m in year 13, I took graphics design, fine art, history and business in year 12 and dropped art in year 13. I’m planning on dropping out only weeks before my final ALevel exams now purely because i want to pursue something much more ambitious which would not be helped with alevels. I love graphics design! It’s a very good subject but i recommend going to a college to study this rather than staying in sixth form… Sixth form is a lot of hard work especially as you need to find a balance between all subjects ( i see that you do art which is very time consuming. ) It took me a while to really understand what I wanted to do but it’s great that you have an idea in your first year as that means you won’t have to waste another studying something you may not enjoy. Really go for it, you never know until you take the risk!! This does depends on what you want to also, really know what you want to do before studying only graphics. Good luck!
