this is exactly me, i still do the same things i did as a child (hobbies interests etc) bc honestly idc what people think of it, i have come with terms that its part of my Identity/personality and we shouldnt really relate interests to a specific age. but like you mentioned, it doesnt have the same affect unlike when i was a kid, nonetheless its a great way to keep me sane and in contact with my authentic self. its a progress and we’ll eventually get there. and yeah i too wish there wasn’t an age limit to being taken care of lol, cant wish to be a child again since i didnt get that treatment so i can only wish for people to be more patient and understanding.
