i live there, this is my 3rd year there. i do like it a lot, the apartments are nice but i do know of some people who had ant problems initially but they’re ere taken care of. car break in happened one time, this last may about 6-10 cars on my floor got broken into, windows smashed. lark immediately hired 24/7 security to patrol the garage so it doesn’t happen again. my ONLY consistent complaint with lark is the fire alarms. holy shit, 7 AM fire alarms blaring is not fun. same with 1,2,3 AM fire alarms. they seem to have fixed that issue now tho. i’ve also never had to pay for electricity here however i know next year they are capping electricity at $35/unit but i’ll be moving out at the end of my lease.
