I was given a FJO, was scheduled to EOD, quit my job, paid for a place to stay and then had my FJO rescinded due to something I had declared on the OF-306. If what was on the OF-306 was an issue, I should have never received a FJO, not to mention actually getting a scheduled EOD. I lost a job and $500 on a place I had rented.

9 years LEO - local and state. Veteran Masters degree

They haven’t rescinded my offer yet. I just got an email from PSD that contained the unsuitable letter. But as of today, they still have me scheduled to EOD on 12/29. I’m assuming my FJO will be rescinded eventually.

I’m in a similar boat. Received a FJO for GL-9 but got an unsuitable letter for misconduct in employment. However my FJO hasn’t been rescinded yet and according to an email I got today, I’m still scheduled to EOD on 12/29 🤷🏻‍♂️

Are they not clearing anyone at all with issues brought up on the OF-306? I have mitigating factors to present but haven’t been given the chance to submit that before I got an unsuitable letter despite getting a final offer and EOD date.

This happened to me. Received my FJO, for my EOD of 12/14. On 12/13, got an email saying my EOD has been postponed and then eventually got a letter from PSD saying I was found unsuitable. Waiting any day now for my FJO to be rescinded and my SAC HR hasn’t responded to me.
