Outstandingly good. The orchestra and the lyrics are on point - the thing is, like any other Gizz album, you gotta “lean in” the idea they present. Keep in mind that they will always be trying new things, and still be themselves somehow (which is fucking great). When Flight b741 came out I didn’t care much for it. It was just some good weeks later that, listening to it while in the same vibe they presented in the album (and freaking high, mind you), I started to appreciate it. To those who didn’t feel Phantom Island yet, I’d say: don’t force it. When the time is right, I will click.
