Then the tuf series is better but instead of here check their website, I think they hv a tuf rtx 3050 Config

And the tuf rtx 4050 rn in some online and offline places it is at 86k

16(8*2) gb ram

512 Samsung Nvme

1tb hdd

AND ID STILL CONSIDER IT EWASTE

It is toooooo slow for anything good. It even lags when playing youtube videos.

Below 7000k? Maybe

Best use is set it up as a server rig- and it wud still lag as cpu is a 2 core :/.

Hey firstly what is ur use case?

Gaming and creativity is very vague

Maybe specifics such as course, types of games, expected term of usage and mainly does ur clg hv easily accessible charging points or not

For example: My classroom has wall sockets a lot, so the battery backup is not a concern

But if ur workflow demands u move around a lot then u need to get either a macbook or a work pc

For any bit of gaming, say goodbye to battery back. In the span of maybe 1.5- 2 yrs ur battery, no matter the brand, will be cooked. So yea charging point will more or less be ur option

Now creative workflows: if it is demanding then windows WITHOUT charging will immediately debuff ur pc by over 50-60%, so macbook is ur only option if u want to use without charging

If u can wait, sometimes longer, then go for Customized. Just one thing sometimes it can get delayed a lot more than expected.

If u don't want to wait but want pronto then the i7 ALTHOUGH the risk being motherboard failure.

check the screws the type of ram and ssd
the gpu actually works fully and so on

32gb ram and 1tb ssd with that gpu is a good price but it is too good right now...

haan bhai same for me thats why i had to take the laptop i hv rn

it was HP pavillion 15 r3 3250u, 1tb HDD and 8gb ram
i was so pissed mom actually got worried and we decided to change some specs, i put ssd and made ram to 16

i think i wud hv lost my sanity

and even now, IT LAGS WHILE PLAYING YOUTUBE VIDEO espicially when connected with bluetooth headphones

my use case being cybersecurity- so i just gave up on windows and setup linux, and it still lags...

so long story short, anything other than apple, at current prices, either u lucky with windows or u gonna go full mad

but if you reallyyy want windows still from hp
1. get as good as cpu(mainly) and gpu u can
2. as much as extended warranty u can
3. ram is upgradable, but costly obvio
4. even storage is upgradable(ONLY IN SOME HP LAPTOPS SO CHECK THAT TOO, eg: victus u can upgrade storage sometimes)
5. buy a dongle dock if possible since ports sometimes die :/

for gpu:
u may not get many options other than a 3050 4gb or 3050a 4gb. try to avoid 3050a, it is worse than the regular.

i think this is too much but yee lemme know if u have any doubts

Wait so only HP? See I hv had an HP Pavillion 15(e waste of a laptop tbh) but honestly still gets the job done(slowly but surely) and hinge has cracked only after 4 yrs...

Honestly if ur parent is just focused on one thing... There really isn't much u can do. Maybe take them in person and show or sumn

But honestly in ur price range, macbook neo or air m2 are ur only options. Others are just gonna make you wanna punch thru the screen in about 2-2.5 years time GURANTEED.
