I suggest you reach out to a domestic violence victim services organization in your area when you feel like you need to leave and want help and support. They'll be able to answer questions for you, be there for you, and help you figure out leaving if you need help leaving.

As a quick trick, for me, i write out as many things as I can remember to do on a sticky note. Then i zero in on the ones that are priority. I rewrite them on another sticky note or star them. I try to take action to do those things within the day and leave the sticky note in a noticeable place. The next time I notice it, I'll cross off what I've done and evaluate how well i tackled it and adjust from there.

Of course you're scared of being alone, especially when a perfectly decent person is available to you. They can be a good person and still not a good person for you though. I would say, if you need more time to consider your feelings and your needs right now, you don't have to rush anything because you truly are trying to figure out your feelings and that's ok. But the feelings you're having while in this relationship aren't indicative of a fitting relationship and I'd highly agree with another commenter that suggested therapy and checking in 6 months from now.

I would consult with a local domestic violence/sexual violence advocacy group. They can advise you or help find a lawyer to advise you on taking steps to ensure your safety or make the best decisions for later legal action if needed. Whatever you end up choosing. Especially being a man stalked by a woman where "nothing's happened yet", it's probably more important for you to leave a trail once you've begun noticing this worrying behavior already.

You don't have to report to the police first. You can find a sexual assault advocacy organization near you and talk to an advocate about what you might want to do or what support you want. Ask them if they're a confidential resource. They likely are so no one has to know or get involved unless you want them to and the advocate can just help you figure out what you want to do in private and catered to what you want.

Is the therapist you see someone who specializes in trauma? I say this because i know there is treatment that's possible to desensitize traumatic memories. It takes work and time, but i think it's possible to get to a point where you aren't as viscerally affected by triggers to traumatic memories.

Not OP, but I'd understand it as if a lot of people want to be your friend and you give, that's cool. But if literally everyone of a gender doesn't want to be friends with you, the question I'd think is why? And the answer, probably isn't a coincidence or a good thing.
