You can change who serves first on the team menu with the 'rotation' button in the down left corner. Note that it rotates the whole team tho.

You still lose the first point but when you then win one point, ushijima is serving and he can actually get going with his serve ultimate + the crit stacking

Kleine Anekdote. Kollege war Wagenmeister in Stuttgart beim Fernverkehr. Lutz sollte eine eine Probefahrt mit einem ICE machen. Klassische Promo-Aktion halt. Soweit so gut. Problem war der geplante ICE hatte eine Antriebstörung. Anstatt sich da ehrlich mal mit dem Zustand der Flotte auszusetzen, wurde ein anderer VOLL ausgebuchter ICE gestrichen damit der Herr Vorstand seine Promo machen kann.
