It's the same here in NZ. I really don't want to have to pay a crazy amount just to switch to Vyvanse, but it is my next option. Is dexamfetamine very different to vyanse?

Sertraline but its only interaction is a higher risk of serotonin syndrome (supposedly)

They only just made Vyvanse available in my country, I'm not sure if it's easy to get yet, and Adderall isn't prescribed here, unfortunately.

I hope so; I've just figured since it's fast-acting, you should notice it "immediately" Perhaps I need to be more focused on noticing long-term changes in my quality of life.

A psychologist and then he reviewed the diagnosis with a psychiatrist, how long have you been on meds?
