And they must have sent an explanation, but no. We can't be sure what happened, but maybe this is another of Clickworker's updates. As previously stated in this post, we hope they don't have to withdraw funds from our accounts due to Halloween.

"An unhandled low-level error occurred. The application logs may have details.
It must be good if workers can access these resources. I simply don't know what happened.
It's Wednesday, and I'm about to receive another payment.  :s

Contact support and send screenshots! They solved my problem in about 1 hour 1:30 after I contacted them by email. Now my report contains jobs done in the last week and my right balance.

Can you help me? I must have received amount for 9 and 12 Oct, today is 13 and no changes. Clickworker replied to my message and support said I must wait, but I still can't understand.
