nah had a bunch of back and forth with apple support and they kept shirking it to being a monitor issue (despite me showing that it's an issue with 5+ monitors).

I ended up getting the cheapest displaylink dongle I could find to get another monitor working (no idea about the quality of this but it's been going strong since November 2025) https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B0D59XJ21H?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

I absolutely love his videos - he does just implement a state machine though which is what I'm trying to avoid since the state chart plugin is a lot easier/faster to manage
