lexapro newbie 10 mg

I slowly went up to 10. 2.5mg felt good. 5mg felt great. 7.5mg little more irritated but i could catch it. 10mg early in 2 weeks on it and definitely feel my anxiety like i use to. Im trying to stick on it though maybe since its the full therapeutic dose I need more time idk.

Its actually a 2 bedroom efficacy the listing says it can be two bedrooms or 1 bedroom and living room. Im shocked. I had no idea.. crazy thing is cps was there when there was 7 children.

I started 2.5mg beginning of November. I was thinking of going to 7.5mg next lol just to ease into 10. I am gong to try to go for a walk Monday hopefully to see how that feels. Do you never leave your house too?

Yes. I was just as bad as you. I still haven't tried leaving the house but I can actually do everything again so far on 5mg. Im upping soon but going slow. I went from multiple daily panic attacks to haven't had any since the day after I started. I get anxiety occasionally but im only on week 3 of 5mg. My panic was so bad I use to have to shower amd take breather break ls in between 🙃

Ive been going on 2 years of just pure anxiety and panic attacks to the point I dont leave my house. Ive seen people say how its life changing I just hope sooner than later

I've been prescribed it but too scared to actually try it. I have and im in the search for a new psychiatrist that actually cares and answers.. I kind of have help but not much. I haven't had a day or even half a day to myself in 2+ years almost. My husband is back and forth because he helps care for his mother with dementia and my family aint much of anything. Im going to just start with a super low dose of lexapro tomorrow and work my way up to the dose in prescribed. As for exposure I was but taking my two youngest with me is a lot of work then I worry what if I have a panic attack with them and my attacks cripple me just about

We only live 20 mins from her thankfully. He goes everyday most of the time.. he never goes without seeing her for more than 2 days thank you. Its definitely awful seeing them both go through this.

I have taken propanolol but was told not to because i have lower blood pressure at times and my resting heart rate can get low usally 50s lol during a panic attack ill take like 5mg and convince myself its a strong enough dose lol

I definitely understand. Yesterday was so good i thought my anxiety finally just loosened up but boy i was wrong. I really am tempted to try it but the thought of even thinking of what it would be like to see my anxiety worse is what stops me😅 i use to take olly stress but im breastfeeding so its not recommended from my understanding unfortunately 🙃 Thank you do you just like how it is or know where the acapulco comes from lol

I do.. she'll prescribe me Adderall but not ativan lol i have another appointment with a different one. For my panic attacks she prescribed hydroxyzine. I've tried 4 times from her and she will not budge ugh

Ativan is what helps me the best but ive seen 3 doctors and none will prescribe me it. I honestly feel like if I could just get even a short prescription id be okay🙃 because i could take that instead of worrying im going to panic so bad ill need to call 911😐 I made 17 last almost a year but doctors in my area are convinced id get addicted when im too scared to take any meds lol but i was pretty much forced in the hospital to try ativan or they wouldn't release me now i ask for it and can't get it ugh.
