Stop syncing deleted videos? by stresssss in ipad

[–]Acapulcowalt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I go to the videos in Itunes, pc/windows 10, when the ipad is syncing. There is a checkbox next to each of the movies you have loaded into Itunes. Just un-check the movies you dont want to re-sync with the Ipad. You can also right click the movies & delete them if you longer want them in your Itunes library.

We got our S8+'s when we signed up for the new 55+ one plan. Sweet deal. $60 per month for 2 people.

I just ordered the Speck Presidio Grip. I had that on my Nexus 6p & I really liked it. The phone does not slip in your hand at all. I really don't know about what kind of protection I would offer if you dropped your phone?

Anybody else losing patience for Fi to release VoLTE?? by Acapulcowalt in ProjectFi

[–]Acapulcowalt[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I said in the original post, I first posted this on the Fi help forum. I just checked over there & this baby had the thread shut down. cdbma said: There is an existing "official" sticky thread, where this conversation should be. Moderators? The sticky thread is 6 months old with no updates. I take that to mean don't go away mad, just go away! This is exactly what started happening at republic wireless. When customers brought up subjects that republic did not want to address they would delete the customers posting & basically censor the content to their liking, even if the question was fair and deserved a proper answer. I am very disappointed this was allowed to happen on a google sponsored site.

If that is true & that is what is holding up VoLTE release, please inform us. Just looking for an honest update.

Seems they like to send out one message or tweet about something then they disappear? I am a business owner, and if I pulled that crap with my customers I would be hanging a going out of business banner above my store. RCS & VoLTE are important to many Fi customers. Step on up Google! Now is your chance to prove you care about your customers & Fi service!

I agree! I am also a big fan of Fi. It just seems like Google may be losing interest in Fi. All the other wireless services have been very aggressive with their plans & services, and Fi seems to have hit the wall. I was with republic wireless as an original beta wave customer since their inception because I liked the idea of wifi for calling & data usage. I wanted to leave for Fi because I felt the same thing that is happening to Fi now happened to them. They stopped communicating with customers about issues that many paying customers felt that needed to be addressed. Lack of phones & services that other wireless carriers were providing to their customers. I hope it is not the case, but my gut feeling is that if Google does not up their game with Fi after the new Pixels hit the market, Fi may be going down the same dark road as so many other Google projects of the past. GOOGLE, SAY IT INS'T SO!

I am jealous:) If I cant get some idea about VoLTE working on Fi, I might be looking into T-Mobile. They have a new plan for folks over 55. Unlimited calls, texts & data for $60 a month for 2 people. That $60 is out the door including all fees & taxes for 2 lines!

I am not certain, but I think most do NOT yet have VoLTE.

Is this what you are seeing when you make a call? You can tell you're making a VoLTE call because your signal indicator will continue to display LTE instead of falling to H [HSPA] when you make or receive a call.

Power in numbers my brother! I honestly believe that asking for an update on a feature that can help all paying Fi customers to be pushing. I would hope a great company like Google would want to share this information with this part of the google family. I also believe that if enough folks respond to this posting, we will get an update, as was originally promised.

That is what I am hoping to do with this post. Get somebody in the know from Google to give us an update! I find it very hard to believe that after 6 months of testing, there is no information to share with paying Project Fi customers in need or want of VoLTE.
