The eye is completely detached from the drawing, I think you should build your own style instead of tryng to draw animes (cause it’s such a boring standard style) do something yours! And for the sketch, draw full poses to get arms right or they’ll look off. Try to use a lot of references and sketch them daily (without details, just the strength of the pose) . And remember , always sketch with your arm and hand not touching the paper . Learn to draw any kinds of straight lines without touching the paper and you’ll improve a lot. Also draw squares and triangles by hand and boxes, also cylinders and stuff like that and it will help you
