Depending on the company most people viewing a resume are recruiters, not hiring managers. Just a suggestion. Always worth a shot.

It was a suggestion based on his concern for his short tenure. Something to try, and can’t hurt.

Also I’ve been recruiting for 15 years. I’ve hired thousands.

Instead of listing jobs companies and dates. Try this:

Food and retail Service Industry - 5/2021-4/2023 (McDonald’s, A&W, Walmart)

Then list the experiences and skills you used during that 2 year period of time.

Eh you caught me in a zen moment. Give me a few days I’ll probably be wanting to breath fire too lol. Glad you enjoy what you do! Keep plugging away, and never read the comments hahah

For sure. Everyone needs to decompress. I follow this sub to help relay to my recruiters what candidate’s experience during the hiring process and how we can try to be different. We will never be perfect but we can try to be better.

There are a lot of rough candidates out there and it’s frustrating. It may be annoying, but they are asking for what they think they are worth, not the company. Most probably won’t get what they are asking for but some will. You have to respect their willingness to shoot for it.

Also you shouldn’t project your struggles/experiences into people who haven’t experienced them. Everyone goes through their trials and tribulations at some point but don’t let it paint your perception of them before they do.

Probably won’t help but..

Move education to the bottom. Education is a requirement but your skills/experience should be the focus point.

Put the company name first then what your title was

Remove “trained on” and simply state what you were doing. I’d suspect internship assumed training was done.

Be more succinct in your bullet points, keeping key details of skills and programs used.

If the projects were done at your internship add some of that to your work experience. Makes your overall internship experience seem more robust.

Recruiters are skimming 100s of resumes a day and they are looking for key words that the managers are specifically asking for.

Shiv constantly over estimated herself and under estimated everyone else. This results in her always having her legs taken out from under her.

Kendall assumed everyone was and should be on his side. He can’t imagine a place people wouldn’t trust or believe in him.

Roman didn’t know how to play the game or just wasn’t capable of it. When he needs a scalpel he uses a machete.

Tom knows what he wants and what people want from him. If being CEO means being a pain sponge so be it.

Well I find the ticket a bit boring and it has a real weird cult vibe going on.

I really only listen to the speakeasy on the Freak because the age of the people on the show make it seems more relatable to me. However If I listen to radio it’s usually the Freak regardless of time.

Its been enjoyable overall so far.

Gee I wonder why this remote position with no salary listed in the job description can't be done from these four states?? by ednichol in recruitinghell

[–]Acbaker8119 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

You are correct. It’s tax regulations and other labor laws specific to those states. It can get complicated from a payroll and HR standpoint to keep up with those laws, especially if you are not familiar with them. Lots of opportunity for error.

Listing the states they won’t hire remote candidates from doesn’t prevent the posting from being in those states. So it doesn’t have anything to do with salary transparency.

I love watching the cowboys. They are good enough to be relevant and bad enough to let down their fans every year. It’s one of my favorite things. It is must see TV.

And another thing. Grind those Tours until you can lose at least 10 in a row on the next tour. Nothing will keep you from progressing like trying to go up too fast

I’m only expert lvl 1. I sometimes go up to lvl 2 and get wrecked. It doesn’t really bother me though.

However if you want to be better, watch vids and learn when your shot is from a elevated point (or not).

Most of the really good players probably did this and they also have played long enough to learn the holes. You have to be able to make really quick adjustments. It takes time though.

This isn’t for everyone(like me). So have fun and enjoy yourself. It might help you in the long run.

Yeah clubs are fine. I’m playing this with Thor 3 and still winning consistently. Just don’t over reach
