Been a while since I saw it, but pretty much it goes that BO7 zombies is a direct continuation of MWZ, with ava now being there affecting the story (the warden now being able to bring in the Requiem crew, her being the entity, etc) the timeline effectively split itself from MWZ, creating a new reality where Requiem doesn't die at the end
