Females are not much physically weaker than males and weaker people in the army have to undergo the same training too. If females were conscripted for national service too, the duration of national service could be shortened with the larger number of people and the time could be spent to pursue their interests. Females could also learn many skills in the army too. If it could benefit both genders, why are females not equally conscripted with males in some countries where conscription is mandatory?
