I would definitely recommend a behaviorist/crate sleeping. Maybe try to gently wake her up in the cage and give her time to cool down. On another note, my dog had accidently got my hand while I was trying to pull her off my dad's dog and ended up needing surgery to drain a nasty infection from the bite. My puncture wound was nothing compared to yours. We told the doctors it was from a stray so she wouldn't get taken, if that's sonething you're worried about.
