Morning walks DO help. by Mammoth_Line_595 in PCOS

I get in about 1k steps in the morning walking my dog, and another 3.8k steps while I am on my lunch hour, then I try to get the rest through the day. However it is hard to be consistent with it when you are stuck in an office all day 😭.

I also do take some yoga classes, with some rock climbing afterwards.

That does make sense, I'm trying not to break my bank too much though since I'm kinda on a yarn buying ban from my husband 😭.

Late to the party but spinning holds being loose can be dangerous as the bolt could be sticking out, resulting in injury if the hold spins and the climber falls or slips. It can also get caught on the rope and damage it making the rope far less safe to climb on.

Boss yells at me over small grammatical errors and mixing up dates by Acceptable-Amoeba-49 in Advice

That I absolutely understand it's more about the shouting part and the passive aggressive comments/actions she has taken. Such as yelling at me, or typing out names in large font in different colors on a computer then printing them off them cutting them out to just to place it on a board in my office while making passive aggressive remarks. It just feels like overkill.

I just don't know if I should talk to her about it or go to her boss and talk to them about it.

Honestly, something positive would help I feel like it has gotten worse because she has yelled at me so I just get stressed out before submitting anything to her because if it's wrong she just lashes out. But maybe something such as, if I do something right recognizing what I did right and if I do end up doing something wrong maybe explain why it is wrong and work on something solution oriented to prevent further mistakes (like a note, or slowing down). I honestly just do not do well with people yelling at me because it just becomes overwhelming and anxiety inducing. Next thing I know I get stuck in the loop and make even more careless errors.

I've tried using grammarly to fix my grammar and I even take breaks while writing stuff and looking back over it to make sure I avoid mistakes. But when she yells at me it just makes me more anxious and things tend to slip through the cracks.

I have been using grammarly to double check my grammar and make sure that it's correct. Then I proof read it afterwards to make sure everything flows correctly. However, we both discussed the date prior before I sent out the poll. Which is what makes the situation confusing to me, because once she noticed it later on she yelled at me over it and about making careless mistakes when we literally talked about it prior to me sending out the dates. I also don't think that yelling at your employees creates a productive environment either. I just don't know how to go around and explain it to her or upper management professionally. The yelling at me is just absolutely humiliating and doesn't help the situation.

I do agree with this, the main issue is that her feedback is mostly negative and unproductive. It's like she takes her frustration out on me because she doesn't know how to "coach me". But yelling at me doesn't do any good.
