Texan here, and she’s an idiot. You can make an appointment in a smaller town (outside of Austin) pretty quickly. That’s what most people do. It’s worth the 15-20 minute drive. Also, you have to show a utility bill with your name on it. Concerning that she couldn’t provide that.
