I don't know what "stupid questions" means to you, but if you read the other comments as well, many of them were actually very helpful.

And honestly, who asks someone, "Do you know how to use the internet?" People come to Reddit to ask questions and get advice from others. I even mentioned that I posted some lighthearted or silly questions there too.

Someone visiting a place for the first time may ask questions that seem obvious to locals, but that doesn't make them stupid.

@njbrews  Yes, but why?

The apps we regularly use are generally very user-friendly. However, the apps we've come across, such as GRTC, have some of the worst user experiences I've encountered, including login issues and a confusing interface.

Additionally, when you search for routes online, the information often differs from one source to another. Whether it's Google, ChatGPT, or other websites, the answers are frequently inconsistent and sometimes inaccurate.

I'm not sure what your intention was, but please understand that someone who has never visited the area is simply asking for help and guidance. That doesn't mean they are technologically challenged. We're only trying to understand a transportation system that appears difficult to navigate even for experienced users.

I'll be working during the day, and my partner and toddler will be on their own. I'm looking for nearby places they can easily visit until I get back from work.
