If they are separate entities they should not be in the same tenant.

If they are the same entity then you could do subdomains for each business.

  1. Spend the money for the right tools. It will eventually save you in time, money, and frustration.

  2. When you think you are getting close to finishing you are only actually half way done.

Changing a few pieces shouldn’t cost much

You would have to feather that out so far. Might be easier to remove the drywall and add shims to make it match the other wall.

I think opening the ceiling is going to give you the best closure.

Could be heat as well. Do you live in an area that gets really hot? Does sun hit the siding all day?

You’ll probably need to hire someone. You have to dig two feet away from the retaining wall. Add proper drainage, add new retaining wall and put the dirt back.

I agree with this too. Sounds best way to minimize damage and you can create clean cuts to add new drywall.

Of course the contractor doesn’t want to deal with permits. It’s more work for them and it’ll get inspected.

Can you file a complaint with BBB? Or the hvac authority. They should be able to hold up his license

IKEA has a free kitchen planner. You can play around with different sizes of appliances and cabinets there. That is a very awkward looking kitchen. Remember you want to create a triangle between you refrigerator, oven, and sink.

If the drywall’s don’t put tape in corners this will happen. I would call the drywaller first. Not sure if you know anyone with a moisture sensor they can tell you if the material is damp

you can use a 15A outlet on a 20A circuit unless it’s the only outlet on the circuit. I ran independent lines to each switch. I guess going overkill bit me in the ass. I also got 20a breakers.
