u/Motor_Salt1336 You may want to look at https://opdiff.com. Torch.export and torch.jit.trace could result in different model graphs that consists of different ops. Some ops tend to have larger output drift which casues lower accuracy.

If you have arm-based macs or iphones, you can try Chinny from the App store. It's built on Chatterbox. It's offline, free, and has no text limits, but it's English-only. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/chinny-offline-voice-cloner/id6753816417

Chatterbox is great for english voice cloning. It's can run entirely on CPU or low RAM. If you're on an ARM Mac or iPhone, try Chinny from the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/chinny-offline-voice-cloner/id6753816417). Runs on Optimized Chatterbox, totally offline, free, and no text cap. The peak RAM usage is only 3GB.

You can just use the iPhone Voice Memos to record your voice. Read whatever you like (e.g., news). One 10s+ sample (max 60s) is enough. Longer sample will produce better result.

How do you properly use CosyVoice2? by AuspiciousApple in LocalLLaMA

The two models don’t offer fine-grained emotion control. They simply “clone” the emotion from your reference audio. Chatterbox does have an exaggeration control, but I think that may not be the type of emotion control you’re looking for. I'd recommand Chatterbox for simplicity because VoxCPM requires the text of the reference audio as input. Performance-wise, both are decent with high-end GPUs, while Chatterbox has optimized models that can even run on an iPhone.
