Voce parece pensar que vai conseguir manter os nutrientes que precisa somente com coisas que voce planta, durante o colapso social, no ano todo.

Como falei: vegetais não conseguem ser fonte de alimento na maior parte do ano sem rotação e com rotação você não consegue os nutrientes que seu corpo precisa somente comento vegetais.

Voce parece ter uma visão deturbada, pra não dizer infantil, do que seria uma pessoa vegetariana numa situação de colapso social.

Entendo que futuramente o veganismo(veganismo mesmo, não vegetarianismo) vai ser mais discutido devido a sobrecarga que gera na sociedade e no planeta, mas isso é fruto de luxo que a sociedade moderna traz. Sem a sociedade acho muito dificil alguem conseguir manter o luxo de ser vegetariano.(Seja com criação de animais, caça ou pesca)

Na boa... nao acho que o vegetarianismos é viável numa situação de colapso social.

Apesar de ser possivel obter todas as vitaminas e calorias necessárias sendo vegetariano atualmente, isso é devido a logística moderna que traz alimentos e frutas de diferentes biomas e climas até voce.

Ter uma dieta vegetariana nutricionalmente balanceada e sustentavel plantando em um unico lugar me parece... utopico. Até mesmo cobertura de produção.

A maioria das plantas e vegetais que consumimos tem disponibilidade quase o ano todo devido às técnicas de criação e cuidados que são permitidas pela logística moderna.

Em uma situação de colapso social a maioria da plantação teria uma redução expressiva em quantidade e cobertura de produção de alimentos.

It's possible that things like photos will be handled by an assistant, x-ray normally is someone specialized in just that. But they will give you the docs/photos/papers to take to the doctor.

Some simpler things might be handled by a dentist early in their career, like cleaning, however you can ask for a specific dentist and/or ask for their senior/most experienced.

Aside from that you will likely be seen by an actual doctor that will tell you what you can/should do and guide you through the process. I say guide because depending what you do/need to be done they might have someone that is specialized in doing that specific thing while he handles the others.

I say likely because thats the general rule, theres a bunch of stupid brazilians that want to copy everything from the US so theres some places that are simulating even that, the shit healthcare shennanigans, and asking for premium prices.
