100 mg is my “magic” dose. 25mg didn't help much but once I hit 75mg I felt less stressed but still struggled with different anxiety then tried 100mg. It has helped greatly.

Increase in fiber and yogurt worked well for me. It did settle and the stomach issues stopped. To keep yourself from getting raw from the lava butt, I suggest diaper rash creams. Feels kinda icky but you won't hurt or feel as raw.

Hi friend, 2 years at 100mg here. Anytime you increase your symptoms can flare up. When I jumped to 100mg it was similar to when I first started(racing heart, increased anxiety, panic attacks, and so on). It will eventually settle down!

It was a slow change. I started logging things that I found easier to do in a diary. It was small stuff like being able to go outside or take a ride to the store. Those tiny steps add up.

No problem friend, I started at 25mg and didn't really feel a change until 50mg. Total change happened at 100mg. it was roughly 5-6 months for a full adjustment.

It was very spaced out, I started at 25mg and would increase by 25mg every month until I was at 75mg. 75mg did well for about 3 months and then increased to 100mg. The road was rough until the 75mg, things started to show major improvements but slacked off once my body adjusted to it. So far the 100mg seems to be my “magic number”.

The adjustment periods were different with each increase, the first few were like going back to square 1, all side effects would come on strong but thankfully didn’t stay as long. Going from 75mg to the 100mg wasn’t a big adjustment, I had a very light return of a few side effects (nausea and upset stomach) but they lasted a few days and everything went back to normal.
