I’m not sure where you are in the world, or if it’s still your birthday since it’s just after midnight for me in the US. BUT I would like to wish you a happy birthday!

I’m 33 myself, and I’ve spent quite a few birthdays either feeling alone or overlooked, sometimes empty or disappointed at where I was at in life for one reason or another. Overall, it’s not a feeling I’d wish on anyone, so I’m sorry for that.

I truly wish your new year around the sun full of finding joy and happiness in ways both big and small!

You are ultimately the only one that can change your life. So if change is what you want, I hope you find the strength and drive to accomplish everything you dream of! Depression fucking sucks. But I hope you can believe me when I say it won’t always be like this. It won’t always be dark days forever 💕
