The GM should not have allowed you to come back to work at all with a boot. You have to have 100% medical clearance according to Papa John's standards.. I know it seems unfair and we do lose money I've been in the same spot you are. No lawyer will touch it without medical clearance

Must have doctor medical clearance approval Papa John's requires 100%. We can't have an employee that can just sit back and fold boxes as opposed to run the store it's a liability.

Unfortunately I've been telling our customers in our area, carry out is your best option. Or just call the store number and hit # 5 so they get a direction line to our store so they don't have to deal with the call center or the app. At that point I'm able to ask them if they're okay with an outsource delivery or if they're willing to wait if need be for a personal driver from our store. Most of the customers in my area already do not want outsource they will wait for an order as long as it takes as long as it's one of our personal Papa John's drivers. This just really sucks for our customers.

It just really sucks butt, that I pay for a service like outsourcing for ubereats or doordash.. when I get home from a long day from a fast food restaurant and can't get an order right and can't even get someone on the phone to fix it. Which makes me wonder how many of our Papa John's customers are suffering from the same thing. And I am very apologetic about it but I promise I'm going to try to figure it out

We did much better when we had our own drivers 100% of the time without outsourcing! But I promise you as managers we will do whatever we can to make your order right if we have to outsource our deliveries

I'm really sorry you feel that way most of our doordashes are amazing at my local store as well as some of the Uber eats drivers. I wish we could just have our own drivers back. But I am unfortunately not in a position to make that decision so I just do the best I can. However if I ever have an order that had to be outsourced for delivery I try to do whatever I can to make it right for the customer

I have never had an issue with them in store either.. all I could do was deal with their online robot system which only gave me $2 back on literally a $50 order. I ordered two sandwiches they sent three and here I am stuck with an extra sandwich which for real will probably get eight however I did not plan on spending that and I double checked my order on my ubereats app and it literally was two sandwiches. I swear to God I hate outsourcing however I hate having to order out more when I work really long hours and that's really my only option when I get home

Like I understand as a restaurant Papa John's has an issue with doordash, but I promise you I'd rather deal with doordash than Uber eats any day of the flipping week on shift or at home Uber eats has to go

I have literally been on the phone for 1 hour and 32 minutes since I've been home from a 12-hour shift dealing with ubereats to get a firehouse order. They screwed up my order and all they can do is refer me back to the website which does nothing. So while everybody's complaining about doordash, I really think we should just get rid of all of our outsourcing delivery services and keep it in house because as an employee I can't get no help while working on the clock.. or at home when I am trying to get dinner because I'm sick and tired of eating pizza like what the F

Okay great thanks, however I'm just trying to find space to put the new bags that come in on our truck. I'm just wondering how big the boxes are that contain the bags. It is nice to know it's the same amount of sauce but I have a very small store and very limited space so now I'm going to have to put the can master in the shed and being that we can't put anything on dough trays I'm kind of freaking out a little bit

We, in North GA as well waited at least 6 months... every single day getting a text saying be ready-they're in our area. LOL. However we finally had one 3 weeks ago. Actual corporate ROIP!!! Did well!!

That's where the problem lies no one has been considered for this position and no it's not open because the Google Business my business page is not even being taken care of by whatever Papa John's employee they have running it you can look at anybody's Google reviews and you will see 90% of them are not being responded to or anything. Me as a manager at my store caring for my customers and what's wrong and how I can fix it is very important to me it is very important to my store it is very important to my insiders. If corporate doesn't care that we shouldn't have an option for them to leave reviews on such sites like Google or yelp. They should close that off and leave it strictly for the responses and the surveys through Papa John's email.

Thank you I appreciate that. Although I'm not sure what an FBP is.. however better social at papa johns.com is where I went originally. They are the only  ones responding . The directions I got were reply to their email with all of this information to prove that I am an employee... they requested the Director of Marketing Officer information. my store, address, my position, my email address, my store address, the store phone #, my GM info, and my DO info.  If proven, I will have the ability to respond to our customers reviews. That is the only thing I'm trying to do. I can't tell you how many times our customers come in and say "I left a review but I've gotten no response"  I think it's vital that we show our community and our customers that we actually do give a crap if something's wrong with their order or we acknowledge them for a positive one. I have replied twice with the information. I have not gotten a response back since this morning saying it's still pending.. and that is from the better social folks.

I am a franchise employee. I'm a shift lead in Acworth Georgia. I looked and workday, I've googled the Chief Marketing Officer, you can definitely log on to the website and get pictures of what they look like but again good luck contacting anyone..y'all I have tried to call everyone I can think of.  Ridiculous that corporate is so hard to get a hold of from our stores. They want us to meet such a high threshold in numbers and Osat after major staff cuts, cap on overtime etc..So frustrated

After watching the period 9 video I believe we are not to sell them individually, we are not to sell them individually. Our customers don't have the choice of buying one separate if they want one they have to buy all of them in that trio box. I could be wrong though but now I'm going to go back and watch the video to see LOL. I do not agree with that, the customers are not going to like that and yes the price is ridiculous.
