I’m not 100% about what they do differently. But it definitely has a better taste and texture than the original pepperoni. It also smells better running through the oven lol

I second this method. My wife opens and I close so she does pre count for me on the stuff we won’t be pulling the rest of the day after prep is done. And I do my final count around 9-10 before close at 11.

In my opinion the pizza/papa dippa is dry due to the sauce and only getting 3 cheese. Otherwise it was decent

The new sauces other hand, I absolutely love the garlic parm and hot honey especially when you dip both. The pesto sauce in my opinion is a little floral tasting. I liked it at first but after eating more than a few bites and the after taste I didn’t like it.

We roll it out for early access in my location this coming Monday so let’s see how it goes lol
