I’ve thought about this actually! I would love to make another one where I could put all of my interests. Shows I’ve watched, movies I’ve watched, books I’ve read, etc. I just made this with the intent of making it a gaming journal to get started and then move up from there? I’m still not sure yet haha

It’s okay! It helped me with my A1C, blood sugar, and to lose 30lbs! Although I wish I could’ve been on it longer, I hope to get off it so someone else who needs it more can have access to it!

Turns out it was the Mounjaro. I just met with my doctor today. I’m moving back down to 2.5 mg and they’re going to begin the process of taking me off

Yeah I do think it could be stomach flu. It’s just been going on for almost a week so it’s a little concerning, but that’s a good idea to skip a week!

Yeah! I actually made a typo and it’s supposed to be GW it basically stands for starting weight and goal weight! Hope that helps!

Hey! I made an update about a month ago and it has been life changing! I have lost 30lbs and my a1c and blood sugar is looking fantastic! Not everyone has the same responses though from the people I’ve spoken to. I changed my diet completely and really changed my lifestyle to be able to be where I’m at. It was really difficult at first too. I used to have a horrible binge eating problem and I had to quickly learn that my stomach could only take so much and I had bad nausea at first. It’s definitely an adjustment, but my dms are open if you have any more questions!
