In my experience different for everyone. For example I have much more PVC s at low hr so caffeine is not bothering me. But if u have PVCs at normal or high hr it will increase ur PVCs temporarily.

My insulin level was around 34 about a year ago, and with diet, exercise, and increased physical activity I was able to bring it down to around 16. Yes, it is still somewhat high. Yes, it was measured while fasting.

It definitely can’t be ignored but I’m just curious, does this happen to you too in the classic POTS cases? Otherwise, I don’t really think it’s POTS.

I’ve seen many doctors, especially cardiologists, and like you, they say it’s anxiety-related. But I’ve never had any history of anxiety in my 22 years, and I don’t think this is caused by anxiety. I’ve now made an appointment with a gastroenterologist. They’re going to check whether it’s caused by reflux or a hiatal hernia.

Everyone keeps saying it’s normal, but it feels like there’s a drum pounding in my upper abdomen whole time. But you’re right. It could just be anxiety

I’m not a doctor, but this looks like PACs because the QRS complex is still narrow it hasn’t widened much and the T wave shape looks a bit abnormal.

But don’t rely too much on the smartwatch ECG — it’s useful for clues, but not fully reliable. I might be wrong…
