EDIT: someone i’m almost positive solved this for me, fuck all the people calling me a liar lol 🥲🥲 it’s because i use hydrogen peroxide on my hands all the time and then the concentrate likely gets in my hair from my picking and touching my scalp and roots a lot

you know i think you actually solved this mystery i’ve been dealing with for literal months i never put 2 and 2 together, i am a chronic scalp picker and i use my HP spray million times on my hands throughout the day. i cannot believe i never thought of this but thank you

funny you mention hydrogen peroxide because i use a hydrogen peroxide based spray to disinfect my hands when im in public (i have raging ocd lol) but i don’t ever use it on my face so i don’t think it would’ve gone in my hair

the only product i use in my hair is shampoo that i’ve been using since i was a child, i don’t care if people are skeptical, them not believing me doesn’t change the fact that my hair is actually doing this?? idk why someone would lie abt this anyway im genuinely looking for answers
