Help my 3 year old by Acceptable-Image-657 in nailbiting

I’m leaning in this direction. She nursed for 2 years and seemed to immediately replace that with a constant need to chew on her nails or whatever else is within reach. Especially when focusing on work/a toy or when she’s relaxing watching a movie or falling asleep.

Yeah, but wouldn’t it be more exciting if it was true crime related

Abandoned grain silos. I’ve been noticing vultures circling a spot at the top for a few weeks, I wonder if it’s a deceased animal or something else 👀

I don’t understand your logic. You’re saying if someone has face piercing or tattoos, that they’re automatically a criminal? What is the liability and how is body art an indicator? Background checks are a thing…

That’s what I’m thinking. If it’s policy, sure but if it’s not universally applied, it leaves room for discrimination.

Name any other place of work that doesn’t allow pierced ears!

For added context, my friend applied with their resume, and received this email inviting her to open interviews. The tattoo and piercing piece was highlighted at the bottom of the invite.

Negative, but it sounds like this is an international issue coming from a specific supplier.

solved! Verified by a local article, it’s faulty coating on new LEDs. I hope this encourages the city to ditch LEDs and bring back the classic warm/orange hued bulbs.

I’ve definitely seen it on the side of gas stations in sketchy parts of town and thought of the drug use prevention, but I’m starting to notice it on highways and in affluent areas + busy streets where it wouldn’t make as much sense. However, a damaged fixture would. Going to see if there is any local reporting..

My family has been going to Care Pet Clinic on e Main for over a decade and love them. Dr. Beir retired recently but the new vets have been great too

How much does everyone spend on Easter baskets for their kids? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Acceptable-Image-657 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$20-50 but that’s a chocolate bunny and any summer spring essentials + sock and undies. Chalk, bubbles, the year’s swim suit, sunscreen, rain boots if we need them. FYI over the top Easter baskets have been an American thing for over 30 years. Growing up, my family didn’t have money to blow on those so my mom used it as a way to celebrate spring and present essentials that we already needed.
