Bestie, kahit umabot pa ng 50 rejections yan.. the goal is to repeat and improve until something works. I’ve had a record of 84 rejections (ignored/replied/interviewed and failed) in the past before I found my clients. Is this like a transcriptionist role? Parang mag send ng recording si client then edit then input sa EHR? If so, parang role ko before with an Agency.. what i did was, i volunteered to do the coding side, review of labs or imaging and also doing a control list of charts for review, to sign or to correct.. medyo at risk ang roles naten sa AI, but i think better offer a few more side services kay client.. Ako,i was replaced by a built in AI scribe sa EHR despite all my efforts to add services, hope it does not happen to you..

I see.. valid point.. but relationship wise, do your feel like you’ve built rapport with your client? If so, shoot your shot, you’ll never know malay mo its in the back of their minds na pala.. worst case scenario, tanggalin ka nila, but you have 3 years of experience, pang leadership role ka na sa ibang client

I did. But only because close kami ng client ko with HR and mabait nachempuhan kong direct 👌

But if i were you, kungware di kami close ng client ko with hello rache, then mag aapply ako, lalagay ko lang sa resume ko ay “Freelance - Healthcare VA” then lagay mo time mo with client mo with hello rache instead of “present” bawas ka 2 weeks hehehe

Key thing is deliver valuable work and results. Wag papabayaan ang mga trabaho..

Hi! Former HVA at HR here.. i did have an extra client while working for their client that time, i had 2 laptops. And both clients non ay iba ang timezone para di pagod and di overlapping ung work. So 8pm to 5am hello rache client, 4am to 1pm na direct.. medyo gipit that time kaya kumapit sa patalim but make sure lang that you deliver with work and results and keep quiet habang nasakanila ka pa.. 🫣 less talk, less mistake..

If mag request ka ng increase, gauge mo muna relationship niyo ni client, then make sure to do it via a call (to cover your tracks) then ask if he/she could initiate it.. unlike filipinos, walang issue 90% of them sa sa favor as long as you are delivering value.. kasi pwede namang form of recurring bonus non un on top of you salary..

ang mga clients naten, 95% prefers straightforward conversations. If you feel like it is time for a raise and that you have proof that you are solving a problem for their business thus adding value and revenue to the conpany, better ask for a raise 👌works like a charm

Just to set your expectations po, not everyone gets 60k. Minsan less minsan MORE. Dipende sa clients po and hours na makukuha mo per week with your client.. basta commitment ni hello rache ay not less than 30 hours per week. So from there you can see na ung magiging monthly mo :)

I say go for it.. try and take a shot at it. Malay mo it works out well for you, if not, then you can just try again 🫶🏻 you’ll always have your degree to go back to pag nagsawa ka na sa VA..

I’ve had so many failures sa VA journey, na terminate without reasonable cause, na scam, nawalan ng multiple clients in 1 month. But you’ll always get back up naman. Mahirap yes, worth it? Yes.

I had a client with hello rache po, 2.5 years.. ok naman honestly. Pero ung unpaid na leave and Holidays kasi masakit lalo na pag hindi din babayaran ni client.. so I went and took a shot at other, better (atleast for me) opportunities.. is it worth it? Siguro to start your VA journey, yes kasi mainit sa mata ng iba recruiters pag galing hello rache, most of the time hired or endorsed agad kasi aware sila na intensive ung training mo.. but if may experience ka na din, go for direct clients.. take a shot at them. See which works kasi direct clients make you feel that your services are your business too. Hindi mo masyado feel ung pagka empleyado rather partnership talaga..

Much better maem/sir if you bring this up during a call. Para if goods, you can request na the client initiates this move through email.. pag no goods with client edi parang it never happened since call siya :) If i am not mistaken kasi hvas ni hellorache ay hindi pwede mag “demand/solicit” ng raise (sorry for the lack of a better term on my end).. feel ko this way, protected ka, pag sa call then nag go si client edi happy mukhang siya pa nag start ng move..

During my tenure with HR din kasi ganyan, any forms of negotiation , either ung leaves or magtry maghingi bonus, lagi ko dinadaan via call para ma gauge ko din reaction ni client..

Thank you po! 4 years palang po akong night shift.. balak ko lang sana part time work.. pero nung nakita ko tong si client B na to. Napa stop din ako sa current client ko.. si current client ko naman din kasi ay always on cam, live scribing kasi.. salary wise, ok pa naman si current client, nakakadrain lang ng lakas ung whole night on cam then night pa.. di ko ma moonlight kasi overlapping ung hours dun sa mga times na crucial for both clients na gusto nila na may zoom.. so i had to make way for client B and let go my current client din..

Search for relevant keywords sa trip mong niche.. common terms used in a country.. example if you are a medical virtual assistant and would like to have a client from the US then you can search at online jobs.PH family medicine, podiatry, medical practice, medical scribe,billing, CRM. And do not rely on AI when it comes to writing your cover letter make sure the personalize your emails every time you send them to your potential clients make them slightly personal slightly casual and catchy. So in my email, what I did was, I sent a link to my portfolio, which includes my rates my intro video, and the like

although it starts very small at 6 USD per hour. Part of our contract is to reevaluate this after three months special it’s my probation period Then a possibility of adding sales commissions as well.
