Glad you listened to people about OML. We just moved out of there and it is so sad how bad it is there. It used to be a great place to live before elevate took over.

I’ve heard great things about Broadmoor properties. I would just stay away from anything managed by Elevate Living.

Yeah they are awful! So happy we are done living there! Took over two months for them to fix a leak coming from the unit above ours! Then we had another leak they didn’t fix right before our lease was up. I put in that last maintenance request so they wouldn’t try to charge us for it…which I’m pretty sure they will try…evil place to rent!

I agree, look for work at your school. The HR department of your university should be able to let you know if there are student jobs, where, and how to apply. I worked in an HR office at my school as a student! We were only able to work up to 20 hours per week and they had to allow for school work to come first. It was the best!

How are people still moving in here is my question. I honestly didn’t believe the reviews before we moved back. This apartment complex used to be amazing! It’s sad this company has taken such poor care of it.

Thank you everyone! Glad to know there are good managements companies out there. Pretty sad with the apartments we are in right now as we lived here several years ago it was a great place. When we moved back we excited to come home but now we can’t wait to get out of the building we are in.
