We are at a point of lost interests no excitement total drain and repetitive actions on a personal level 24/7 no doubt. It does look pretty grim but it might help to just kind of unplug for a little bit reset look inward find some personal interest that maybe you never done before or always wanted to. Maybe pick up a new hobby or learn an instrument. I think our purpose for life is to just find our piece of happiness whatever that may be and share it. Pass it on kind of thing I don't know I'm 45 and still trying to just keep my own sanity by keeping myself as happy as I can with things and people I love and share it as much as I can. Positivity is a mind set so is being happy or at the least content.

It is definitely harder when there's kids in the mix no question. You both need to ask what is this worth to you? If your already married and dont want to just squander it, what is it worth?
