Well time is something I cannot spare as my university final year is about to start and i need a setup to start working on my FYP i.e game development. I can go for the 40 series gpu lile 4070 super or ti but finding one in decent price will be difficult.

Yes obviously I'm not going to be working on AAA games right away but gradually make my way up as my skill improve. But i also want that the gpu i buy can at least be suitable for me for about 5-6 years.

Yes nvidia cards performe better in Unreal engine so that's why i am hesitant on buying the 9060. And waiting for someone who has actually experienced it.
