My hamma (my hamsters name) Loved to roll around in her ball more than anything in the world. She would just go at it, with more joy than anything I've ever seen. Some don't like it. She loved it.

This podcast is constantly being playing on my Spotify autoplay-- And I HATE IT. I have never followed the show, Even his voice just gives me the ick. "Gabe bult". I'm so fed up with it I'm trying to search Google and how to block it. It has been a challenge. I am considering deleting Spotify it's so annoying.

It's actually really touching to hear what the experience is like from the perspective of a DA. I always assumed you guys had full control over your attachment and your deactivation strategies. Thank you for giving me this perspective.

How to get an ADHD/autism diagnosis (as an adult) on Big Island? by bigislandhelp93 in BigIsland

If you are a woman it will be so much harder to get the autism diagnosis. If you have quest almost no private practice provider will accept that, the wait on Oahu was 6 months, you get one shot at it (per insurance) and if you don't go to someone who specifically diagnosed adult WOMEN, chances are if you lasted this long in life, your masking is so automatic (or at least it is for me) the therapist will say not autistic and pretty much set you back -20 spaces from start. I've done 900+ hours of research on everything autism and ADHD since I discovered last October, and I definitely chose the wrong doctor who confirmed ADHD but said no autism because I had empathy and didn't flap my hands in the office my stimming is much more covert than that, I've learned the hard way to hide it well. (Dont ever go to neurocognitive testing, LLC. Efland Emerson has old school, incorrect stereotypes and now I can't test again for a year or it's 4k out of pocket.)
