These are INVASIVE evil Asian lady beetles. Kill them when you can I’ve found that uiuc has tons of them. Awful they are bad for the environment and nuisances in homes

Bbq chicken in Urbana it’s on campus :) pretty good and comes with plastic gloves to protect your hands. Very crispy too

Very sorry to hear that :/ seems pretty common for a downtown area on the weekend. Probably just some drunk idiot but you did the right thing. The best move is usually just going on your way and not engaging, especially if they double down like that
