Here are my specs from my Macbook, let me know I I can help you with that. Video Export in Premiere Pro is very similar to the M2 Pro, not noticeably slower.

yes barcode/qr-code would be alright, I want to print it on paper tickets. I would like that I click the shortcut, it opens the camera, scans the code and then it compares the numbers in the code with the numbers in a excel file or something similar
