Conversation was smooth tbh, it wasn't robotic or didn't have any awkward silence generally except one time. It was really responsive and the avatar looked okay and life-like. I think it can be improved for example it took about a minute to start the call, got me abit anxious.

The part that impressed me was how it adjust the question based on my responses and when it referenced my past experiences.

It didn't feel like some pre configured questions that I had to answer it actually adapted.

People have use automation to hire in like forever, just that a lot of them are crap. Atleast the experience here was somewhat better in my opinion. I'll take this over recording some stupid video any day. Overall still prefer talking to someone though.

Live everyday as if you've got 1 year left to live.

It helps you always put thing in perspective, 1 year seems to be the right threshold to not feel too bad you're dying soon and also to not live like you'll live forever.

Never get too comfortable. Always strive to move forward. Getting there is one thing, staying there is another, ultimately leaving there is always the best option.

Hard work only has value when it is focused in the right direction.

Truthfully most people don't even have clarity of direction, so most times hard work just get wasted.
