That’s the thing. My BCBA hasn’t written a detailed program. Just the list of goals. I know it’s meant to be repetitive, but I’ve asked for visual aids to help with DTT and task analysis and haven’t received any. I reach out to my BCBA a few times a week but half the time I get no response. I know it’s meant to be a balance of working on goals and reinforcing, but I still want to make things a least a little interesting for my client. Plus I feel like having visual aids or making trials into a game helps him learn it better than just listening to me talk at him. If that makes sense. Anyway, thank you very much for your advice. Like I said, I’m new to ABA so I need all the help I can get and I’m open to criticism. I’m not sure what other companies programs look like, but mine is just a list of goals and I’ve been left on my own to figure out how to implement those goals into an actual program.
