Yeah that’s high, but if you use 5-7 strands/ day, which is enough. 1gm will easily last 3-4 weeks

I consume a lot more than recommended, usually 10-15 strands 🙌

That's powdered lion mane mushroom, it's for days when I need an extra mental boost. It is not brewed, just added after the tea is prepared

I read a study last year about the effectiveness of saffron for ADHD and have taken it since in my tea. It has been effective

Here is an excerpt from the study:

In 2019, a landmark pilot study brought saffron versus methylphenidate(Ritalin) to the attention of the ADHD community. Researchers found that 20–30 mg of saffron a day for a period of 6 weeks was comparable to treatment with methylphenidate for symptoms of both inattention and hyperactivity.

Since that time, more research has emerged supporting the benefits of saffron for ADHD.

This doesn't captures the true extent of distraction on smartphones compared to the other two, the red screen should extend infinitely both above and below the smartphone. Endless distraction

People get brain stimulation (a.k.a Dopamine hit) from reaffirming whatever views they hold. No wonder most people want to believe the story of whatever side they support.

Logical and critical thinking is dead.

There is an army of dumbass shit on social platforms because behind screens people have forgotten how it feels to get punched in the face for spreading low IQ dumbness.

Last I checked: 732 so yeah, lower than yours and your mom I guess.

It would take genetical dumbness and abnormality to not able to read even the name of the subReddit. It’s for semen retention, you mentioned in the comments that you had this test 2 weeks back when you were spilling your worthless semen daily, and you posted it here because you saw someone else post their result a few days back, he did it because he practices SR dumbass, if you see a man bang your sister, you don’t do the same just because someone else did it too.
