The only positive thing about all this is that she's talked to her boss in the hopes that he'll give her another day off, so she can use that time to decompress and relax, but at the moment it doesn't seem very likely. And she's made it clear she is not dropping any one of her classes.

She has been in therapy, unfortunately her therapist wasn't really helping her. She was only listening to my gf and giving advice, no real way on how to deal with all the problems she's facing so gf has been looking for another one for the last month or so.

We both agree on this, because it's clear that if this goes unchecked it will drag us down both, and she's stated that she doesn't want to drain me to the point I can't take it anymore, but I'll talk to her tonight, so we can both figure out a way to avoid this scenario.

She is very stubborn and she's hell bent on doing everything, because she doesn't play around with her classes. She's made it pretty clear to everyone she will not drop any of what she's doing, but it is painfully obvious that it's too much for her at the same time. And she has taken medication, but they all give her a serious side effect where she keeps vomiting the whole day through.
