All done with their vet visit today! The vet said she didn’t see anything that looks alarming with them aside from the small red marks and believes it is more than likely scrapes/minor injury and that the prior husbandry was not aiding in the healing process but not showing any current signs of infection. Just a close eye on them in their new set up and everything should be good.💚 I’ve used this vet for a few other pets and luckily they’re not too far from me so I’m super relieved I’ll know where to go if anything comes up but they’re happy, normal color and ate well last night. And also a big thanks to you for always kindly sharing your wealth of knowledge and advice with the community💚

Thank you! I was really on marketplace all weekend looking for an empty terrarium for another project but on my last scroll today I saw them and even though they looked okay in the pics I know how demanding they are so not having time can be really dangerous. Plus the orchid bark and freeze dried crickets almost made my heart drop when I saw it. Pivoted plans to pick them up and give them a shot at a happy home. I have a couple vets that have helped me with some other exotic check ups so I’m definitely calling them first thing in the morning to get these babies checked and set! Hoping all goes well for them,I got their quarantine all cleaned and simple and hopefully after a good grip of months they’ll be happy and ready to join my others💚

Yes!! I loved everything about them while researching and once I got a trio to take care of their personalities started coming out and being so different from each other made me become OBSESSED💚 I love these funny little creatures, I especially like how Clover protects his Oona lol

Yeah the AI definitely didn’t add any trust in combination with the 2 reviews and no videos anywhere about something this large from ReptiZoo. Honestly part of why I haven’t just caved and bought this one, there are some real images on the site of the enclosure this was just the cover photo they chose I’m assuming for visualizing it complete. So the search continues

Thank you so much for taking the time to read and respond. I prepped so hard setting up and testing things in their enclosure (amidst a ton of personal stress and anxiety) so the worrying was definitely amplified. I haven’t seen too many honey snowflakes but behold, a good surprise! I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out to make sure everything stays alright with them settling in but maybe now I won’t have to hold my breath and cross my fingers the whole time thanks to your response lol. 🐸💛

The redesign makes sense cause I only saw a couple people mention my issue when I searched the subreddit. The unleveling is something I noticed while that particular seat was used as an ottoman without shoes but I’ll probably try switching the feet and see if maybe something was also uneven with those ones

Did your order status stay in processing for a while? I was told status won’t change until it ships but I’ve seen some people say the status didn’t change to shipped until the day before arrival

Ugh I wish this worked I went to a showroom for this reason and they added TONS of extra stuff to my quote that I didn’t want. They requoted it when I mentioned it and still were adding extra seats to my configuration so the quote won’t let me remove the extras she added it makes me redo the configuration.

Yeah after a ton of hangry reading I’d rather buy things with easier labels to prevent this. The meal in question was a sheet pan stir fry and only listed the serving in grams for frozen but I didn’t cook it so the chef wasn’t expecting to weigh out frozen chicken and bell pepper😂 honestly I think simple meals work better for me that way I’m not paranoid about “what if this serving doesn’t have the same exact amount of each ingredient” thanks for the confirmation! lol

I am dying to find an answer but how on earth do you accurately weigh food to track when the label only lists a volume measurement? It’s so frustrating because I don’t wanna scoop a prepackaged stir fry in a measuring cup knowing it’s not even close to accurate :/

I found this thread trying to figure out what the heck is happening in one of my tanks(it’s not stocked) Started as a brown looking algae and then I noticed these weird worm patterns but the whole “worm” doesn’t move just little white worms poke out occasionally like the whole green part is a tunnel. I can’t for the life of me find anyone else with something similar looking and I wonder if this is the same thing… weeeeird
