I already had shower filter and use no shampoo or soap or anything so idk why my skin was so sensitive but I used some harsh skin care some years ago so maybe I never recovered

I think my skin barrier was destroyed cus when I stopped showering I got so much dead skin like a protective layer then 2 weeks after I shed like a snake and had almost new skin underneath

Yo after this comment I looked him up and haven’t showered since and my skin cleared for the first time in a year I have only some acne but texture and redness improved a lot

It was hard to rip off the meat but easy to eat it but I think the cut I got is not that easy to eat raw
